Description
This shallot is a very heavy cropper and will store for a number of months if kept in a cool airy place. The flavour of Golden Gourmet is very good and as such ideal for use in stews etc. Plant the bulbs from February-April and before planting keep them in a cool airy place. Plant the tips of the bulbs above soil level and at 15cm intervals with rows about 30cms apart. The bulb size is 14/21cm and they have an award of garden merit for their easy to grow properties.
