Description
Lilium Bowmore is named after a Scottish whiskey with flowers that are a bright pink and can be up to 18cms in diameter. Often called tree lilies they are crossed between Oriental and trumpet lilies and as such they will grow quite tall as they establish over the years, reaching heights of 170cms plus. When planting Lilium Bowmore in heavy soils add a handful of grit to the hole before putting in the lily. Protect young shoots from pests and remember to feed during the flowering stage to ensure they naturalise for years to come. Suitable for alkaline and acid soils.
